Rebecca Howe

HR Director

Rebecca joined the Titan Energy Services Management Team in September of 2017. Rebecca has over 20 years of experience specializing as a Strategic Business Partner and changes agent to management in the development, implementation, and coordination of policies and programs in strategic planning, compliance, recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, and personal research.

Prior to joining the Titan Team, Rebecca’s previous experience includes five years of Strategic HR Business Partner support in the oil and gas Industry, and 13 years of Human Resource Management and Staffing responsibilities for 300+employee manufacturing facilities and call centers. Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Dickinson State University and holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP professional. Rebecca is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Southwest Area Human Resource Association. Rebecca enjoys golfing, playing volleyball, attending concert events and spending quality time with her husband, children, family, and friends.
